Hydrogen - Graphics Scamming

Saw the messages and kept working on it. Then I ended up going out for the night and came home and went to bed shortly thereafter (obviously not checking my messages).

I then noticed he had a new sig when I woke up so I sent a couple messages:

and never got a response for the last one

If you need TV to see the logs, I'd be more than happy to accommodate. But I'd either like compensation or see him banned as he clearly agreed on paying for the work before I started and believes he's entitled to do whatever he wants.

Also just to add, posting the graphic updates that the buyer was shown (so he was definitly aware progress was being made):

 

I talked to Hydrogen on msn. He is willing to negotiate some kind of payment since it is obvious that substantial work has been completed and to his acknowledgement. If there are any disagreements about the payment, post back here please.

Requesting a ban then for him. He said he would be able to pay over 10 hours ago.
