Western Union Shit!

I was buying gold from Kevin001 via WU, Since WU was closed, i tried online. It credited my card first for $140, then said the transaction did not go through, then i sent again for $168 and got cancelled again, so the WU didn't go through, but my card has had it's money taken out. Now i need to call, ask for refund and wait like 3 days and shit!

 

Sucks, maybe try via PA.

 

I just got an Email saying ill be refunded the send amount, but not the transfer fees, wtff@@@@@@@@@ that was like 20 usd total

 

Call them and complain. They shouldn't be charging you the fees...

 

I bet I know what happened with the $168. The charge didn't go through, so they were going to refund you the whole amount. After you contacted them, they manually cancelled the transaction. When a sender contacts WU to cancel a transaction (that hasn't been picked up), they lose the sending fees. So really it's your fault. >.<
