Why would you ask for offers when you can just go to Busta305's website and buy 81M with it. Oh wait, you can't huh?

For prepaid giftcards we ask for a screen shot of the transaction details displayed on your giftcard site. ID is only sometimes required for debt/credit purchases to avoid fraudulent purchases. I can't remember the last time busta has asked for an electric bill and your join date is this month.... very interesting

 

Google asks for it when you purchase with an account, not you. So basically you're going through two verifications services. I've done this before, you haven't, you've only been on the other end. Trust me, it actually works 1/10 times, the other 9 leave you waiting for your funds to be refunded and waiting for verification from business and you so like 1-2 weeks total. Funds on a GC take up to 10 or 14 days to refund, really not worth it.

 

To my knowledge Google has never asked our customers for anything aside from updating there card info. If you set off some sort of fraud alarm for being sketchy they might require additional info. Our customers sign up and checkout within minutes. I deal with 100s of prepaid giftcards a year. We've only had cards decline for insufficient funds. Not disputing the refund process which takes 2-5 business days.

Also, this isn't even about the giftcard. I am here to clear up some of the false info your posting about our company.

As I said before, you haven't been on my end, so you don't know. I can deal with 100's of card before too, and not come up with any problems, because I'm not the one dealing with all the verification issues. I personally know that's a lie, because I tried checking out on your site with $100 pre-paid Visa and you guys refunded me because Google Held the payment while I had to send in documents to verify my account. It also did it with Grave's site. It's not the card, it's the sketchy place the card is being used (your gold site) and that's what makes it almost impossible to order VIA pre-paid gift card unless it's American Express through your kind of sites. Maybe they updated it in the past 1-2 months, but overall I know that's a lie.

Gift Card refunds take up to 10 days to get back, or 14 days, I can remember which one. Unless your talking about one certain GC, but overall that is the waiting time for refunds on pre-paid gift cards.

what a bunch of baloney. We accept 100s of vanilla visa all the time. Users check out and have their gold within 20 minutes without any such google verification. If this really happen to you then your situation is unique and you need to stop acting like this is 100% guaranteed out come. Your card deals with Googles payment processor so has nothing to do with sketchy sites.

 

Google holding your payment has nothing to do with our site being sketchy, as a matter of fact they upgraded our account because of our feedback. Google processes the payment not us, we have nothing to do with their verification. The reason this happens with Visa gift cards is because they have Address Verification System(AVS) and you probably put something wrong when putting address on Google and they need to verify your information, Amex gift cards don't use AVS which is why it doesn't happen with them.
