Defence Leveling

Sooo, i seen something the other day about getting up to 350k def exp by rock barraging daggonaths or w/e they are called.

Can someone fill me in, give me some decent instructions, what invent should i take? and most importantly, where will i be going?

60 att,
59 str,
61 def,
70 pray,
60 range,
99 mage,
61 hp,
56 summoning.
