Hey, IP me please

I haven't used this website in years. When I did I was just a teenager and I was using a VBA paypal so when whatever happened happened I wasn't in the best position to handle the situation. I tried PMing Dave but I realize he's busy so I figured someone would get to it much sooner here. I can't find any of the details of what happened but at any rate, now I'm able to handle any situations that have occurred/will occur. It's been years and basically the point of this thread is to

If anyone can dig up who I've wronged let's work something out. I want to right what went wrong in the past.

IP check me, I know I've had multiple accounts (hopefully my IP hasn't changed) and just compile a list of things I've mishandled so I can address them.

I don't use MSN anymore but you can reply here or if a moderator or admin would like my Skype I can provide it to someone of authority.
