Amit H - GFX Refusing Pay

So I've done a layout for a person.

Amitz has requested the layout and I have done it to his/her specific needs and confirmed be himself on skype; all which can be proven with cross check of his skype and sythe profile.

However, he said he did not have money after I designed it. After I waited about 1-2 days,confronted him. That is when he critcises himself and says he doesn't like my layout and says he cannot be reported for offence of my ToS and GFX violations.
Also what he says about my layout "him not liking it" can be proven differently via screenshots of chat and him saying a convincingly different comment and I quote "damn, looks awesome man". After proving he was critcising himself, he continues to rant. Such as "This did not exactly look like universals layout", and when I asked the exact same thing; he said no. (View screenshots).

Therefore, I am requesting help of staff to handle this issue.

It also states clearly "The quality of previous has been shown and therefore, orders cannot be refunded after accepting and acquiring my services" in my ToS
After I said that, he starts rambling more which can again be shown in the chat screenshots.

Confronting him while he rambles that I have no rights of filing a report due to it being GFX (http://puu.sh/1Q6m5)

Him saying he wanted something SIMILAR to Universal thread layouts.
(http://puu.sh/1Q6ud) It says live:magik00 because I merged my skype and msn so all MSN contacts have live: infront of their username; also can be proven using other merged contacts.
Due to it wanting to be SIMILAR and him liking the layout I designed as shown above with proof; I did not attempt to design it 1:1 (He did not specifically request it either).

More screenshots can be added if requested. Also anything needing to be cleared up abit in wording or sense will be done if requested. OH: Also all artwork was shown through screenshare as u can see through one of the screenshots of me calling him and him judging my work moments work; so all the stupid crap of him saying I did not GIVE him artwork was load of crap. Also why would I give the final layout when he hasn't paid?

Talked to him on Skype; AmitZ has agreed to pay you, closing for now.

 

Reopened thread, it has been well over 48 hours and he has still not payed you. Filed for ban. Will leave this open in case he decides to pay you. In the near future.

 

He is currently online and willing to pay. Requesting a Mod/Admin to handle the payment. Thanks.
