Your Greatest Runescape Memory

6-7 years ago one of my best friends from school and I used to play right after school all of time. I remember being really excited getting home from school and logging on around the same time. Next best memory was when we both had membership after a few months of playing f2p.

 

Fuck I hated guys like you on old rs haha

 

when i was 10 and my mum let me get membership and going into the wildy with full addy and dieing because i didnt no about food

 

when I used to flip outside Falador back in the day.

 

When i formed a clan of guys under level 30 all magers and was in edgeville years ago and all maged !

 

Best: Getting full mystic in 2005
Worst: Losing 300m rapier staking

 

My best memory is probably the 'noob' days, where I just started playing RS and didn't know what to do. All I did was level up my Ranged and decided to go to the Wilderness, went to the Varrock wilderness where it's multi (didn't know back then) and something caught my attention, I saw like 7-8 people running after a guy with a Purple Partyhat on, I didn't know what it was but I also attacked him, I got the drop and ran away.
Sold it for 500K some days later....God I feel stupid right now.

 

My favorite memory is either walking all around runescape trying to finish the elf quest line or killing green dragon bots with my friend. In a way these are the most painful as well becuase I know these will never come back.

 

Smithing rune armour at varrock anvils on runescape classic world 1. Always built a fan club following me around!

 

This is the same for me, although I look back on them with a smile, I feel quite sombre at the same time because I know that, as you said, they will never return.

 

Buying a red mask for 350k and a rune scimitar - whilst thinking I was being ripped off because I had to other the scimmy as well.

 

Best Memory: The day Pking was removed and lots of people quit at Falador and were giving their stuff out before they quit, earned like 50m+ that day, as i was poor this was a great achievement.

Worst: Getting scammed out of my first whip in like 07, or something cant really remember how it went but he put like 2000k and quickly changed it to 200k without me noticing, was very upset!

Pking in 2006 <3. Greater demons wars

 

Old school everything. Especially pking.

 

Pking in Classic, 2001. Auto Alching to 94 mage, was around the 200th person to 94 mage. Pking prior to the release of TB/Whips, actual oldschool RS2. Meh far too many. Runescape from 2001-2006 easily ranks as one of the most enjoyable times of my life.

 

I remember when i first started playing back in 2006, i had just made my character and had no idea what i was doing and i was running up from lumbridge to varrock and i got attacked and killed by a goblin. I was so pissed and my friends who were in the room with me, who were technically veteran players at the time, started busting up laughing. It discouraged me from playing for like an entire week....

 

in 2005 blue partyhat was around 400m. I think you have your events a little confused.

 

the quests on Runescape were so fun!

 

Probably getting my first 99 in like 2007. It was cooking, but I was still psyched when I got the cape
