Issue with buyer

ill try to keep it short, but a buyer wanted a 15th prestige Black ops account for 25m in RSGP, he payed and i made the account for xbox360 and did the hack (i assumed it was for Xbox, since the hack is only available for xbox and in the PM's he never specified PS3)

I put the work into doing the hack, then he PM's me after i send him the account info that he wanted it for PS3.

What should i do? is it his fault for not specifying the system? or mine for not verifying, even though this is only done on Xbox?

 

Depends if you posted a thread under the xbox section and not ps3 section he owes you the money as it was xbox and not Ps3. ( Since thats like going to the xbox section buying a game and saying oh I want it for the ps3 you go to the ps3 section for that.) But if he posted under the ps3 section then its your fault ( you shouldve known) and he doesnt owe you any money but if you didnt post in the ps3 yes he owes you the money because you fulfilled his order.

 

If its only done on Xbox, and you posted/he requested it within the Xbox section, then I believe he owes you. However, I'm not too sure.

 

If you specified on your thread that it was for XBOX &/or posted it in the xbox section of the forums, then you can keep the 25M aslong as you fulfilled the order.
