I've been out of the business for about 6 months now, mainly due to exams. Throughout the past 5 years I have operated as a Co-Owner, playing the role of maintaining the server and dealing with players. My other half, would be the Coder/Developer. This person would be adapting the game around the players, fixing bugs, bringing in new items and updates, and helping make the game more enjoyable for other players.

This is the first person I am looking for.


I have acquired skills throughout my life which make me well spoken, well mannered and easy to talk to, with an aptitude to solving problems and being a leader.
However, what I do not have are the ICT skills, the knowledge, or even the time to be a coder.

Now I am coming to the end of my exams I wish to start up a new server, seeing as my old partner does not want to commit to a new server. I want this server to compete at the top, have the correct staff structure, and provide an all round enjoyable experience for any players.

Past projects I have worked on include Massacrescape (70 players Avg.), OraclePkz (45 players Avg.) and most recently Cardiacscape, averaging 50 players per day after two weeks of release.

The reasons for the decline of these servers vary, but in the end for a server to be successful the staff need to be committed, which in turn makes a server successful, and in the end profitable.


Staff will be paid. Nothing extravagant, the server must still be profitable, but I do believe everyone needs something to keep them motivated at what they are doing.


I currently have no plans about a server base, this is open for debate with anyone who wishes to work with me. I am taking this seriously, almost as a business, however naturally I am calm and laid back. I am not talking about strict working hours or anything stupid like that, I don't want it to be a chore, I want staff to be able to enjoy what they are doing whilst earning something on the side. I want it to be successful; with the right people, it can be.

Lastly I would like to say that I am NOT accepting anyone under the age of 16 as a staff member, purely for maturity issues and that I do not want to have to babysit prospective staff members.

I'm interested, I used to own my own my own server years ago, averaging 15-20 people a day for a couple months, server failed due to not having a dedicated host.

What I can bring to the server - I am dedicated to keeping order in places I have the authority to do so, though I also enjoy chatting to people and making new friends. I feel I would make a good mod/admin ingame and on forums.

I am 19 years old, long time runescaper, know a lot about the game and some stuff about private servers.

I can help to set up forums, such as writing rules out and creating sections/ sub sections.

Dear all,

This server at present does not exist, so theoretically I am looking to fill ALL positions before release.

With a strong staff team, I feel we would be able to give the server a really kick start in the right direction. I am looking for Moderators, Admins, Forum Moderators, Support staff (people who just enjoy playing the game but helping people) and of course a Head Admin.

I have already spoken to someone who is set to be my first coder/partner in this project, however more than one coder will help the game to develop faster.

We believe the best model for our server would be an oldschool pking server, with similar yet not identical qualities to what Near Reality, to bring back what people missed from the years 2006-2008.

However I remind anyone who is interested, this project is starting from the scratch, a brand new server. We are in need of dedicated staff members who want to help the server succeed, and compete with the best.

How's it going Ollie I am Bravery Botting from sythe, I saw your post about opening a RSPS. I don't have much coding experience at all but what I can contribute is my customer service skills. I worked as a front desk represenative for a few companies when I was younger. At the moment I am working as a backhouse manager at a restraunt and I staff about 30-40 people at any given time as we doing catering too. All these skills I have learned I can adapt to being a Moderator or even a Administrator at a later point in time. I am willing to come up with ideas to help get the server up and going. I am looking to do this not for money, actually I refuse it. I am looking to do this for just pure fun and hone my skills. I also have ran a Call of Duty Squad on the Xbox 360 in the Gaming Community called Tactical Gaming. Any other info you need just let me know.

Hello, I can code, I use to host a server but got to money hungry and left was making a heck of a lot and was just wasting it. But I've matured now and feel as though I will give it another Shot.

I currently own a VPS (paying 300/Month) and a Webhost. All thanks to dad.
