    Paypal Help

Firstly let me say sorry if this is a dumb thread, I'm not familiar with Paypal really.

Anyway, I have $150 on a new Paypal (made probably 7-10 days ago) and it's only 2 transactions, both being money sent to my account. Whenever I try to send money to somebody as I'm trying to buy something, it says "You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money." even though I have $150.

Does this mean my account is limited? How do I fix this? Is there anyway I can fix this without having to have a cc or a bank, as do not have a bank or a credit card (serious lol)?

I never got an email/message regarding my account being limited and it also says I have a $4,000 spending limit and $500 receiving still.

You need to get your paypal verified by adding a bank account onto it or something similar to that.

i think you need to wait 21 days tobe able to send the cash you received on your paypal. paypal does this to prevent them from losing cash due to unauthorized transactions.
however, if you get your paypal verified, the limit will be gone.

Or you could try sending the cash in small parts. ($40 per transaction)
