6 month pardon.

Hi there Sythe mods you guys might knows me as BestBeats or Road2Death and I am here to make another high pardon after 7 months. So where to start, my first account on here was Road2Death and I was active on Sythe mainly selling my gold that I got from merchanting and staking in the good old days. I did have around $300+, give or take, worth of gold sold on here. Road2Death was a 2007 account, and not once did I ever have a scam report or anything of that sort come up against me, but I if I can remember right I did report some scammers and spammers while I was still on here. The reason why I was so inactive on this site was because this site was dead for me when free trade and everything was gone from runescape and right then was when I basically quit runescape and Sythe.

Road2Death before getting banned: My friends that go to college with me here actually used Sythe and still did play runescape and I was kind of surprised about that because I thought this website would be dead by now. They told me how they still make money here selling GP and to me that was pretty cool because a little extra money couldn't hurt anyone. I got back into Sythe and really didn't jump into the market right away so I just hanged around the general section and posted some stuff around there, and also some market discussion. This is where the "self-vouch" comes from, before I have quit runescape I had given a large some of GP to a real close friend that I am still in contact today, I asked for the GP back and he told me that he had sold it a quite a while ago and didn't have it, so he just gave me a vouch for it. (he's still in the process of paying me back). I was caught for that and I tried to make a pardon for it and then Superman comes and pulls up these other accounts and then I was basically perm banned for it. When I tried to plead my case to Superman, he basically closed my thread right away and said that if I make anymore of these they would be closed right away. This is where BestBeats comes from.

BestBeats, I started using this account because I felt that it was unfair what had happened to me and that Superman wouldn't let me plead my case and would just close my threads without me really explaining. I really was into the community and that was the main reason that I actually "ban-evaded" because I loved just reading all the topics and helping people out or just sharing my opinions to people. I was sorta active in the market but not really just did some Pin trades and I also had a rent a staker service going on. I had donated because I thought I would be here for a while and just wanted to show my appreciation and help out the website. When I tried to sell some SMS upgrades that I had so I could donate a little more FireZ caught me and banned me for "ban-evading". Also before it is brought up, yes I did "self-vouch" because I felt that I deserved them and they were taken from me, but the thing is that I did do that from the geck-go so I would become trusted but after I got 5 legit vouches before I did anything like that. Also I didn't use the vouches to my benefit, I never asked anyone to go first to me or anything I let them decide how they wanted to do the trade.

Now: In my last pardon I had said that if that pardon would of not gone through I would not try to evade because I knew that it would hurt my chances of ever getting back in this community. But I have been lurking on the forums still and checking around, and it just kills me how if I have a answer to a question I can't help the person or I can't put in my input.

2007 member with 0 reports against me.
Traded well over $300+ of gold.
Helped around the community while active.

BestBeats:
Donated and was going to donate more before being caught
Helped and contributed around the community
Let people go on my account with 100m+ at a time and never recovered account
NEVER had a scam report put against me

So here I am again trying to plead my case,I put this in the hands of the Sythe mods once again. If so I am willing to come back with a TWC don't really mind because I really want to be back for the community and not so much for the market. If this doesn't get passed, I still won't evade or anything like that, I will just wait the 6 months out like I did this time.

Thanks Fire and Video for your guys response. I respect your guys input into this, but all I ask is why no? I mean I seen people that have scammed before and they have repaid the people back and then get to come back on here. I haven't scammed anyone or have have done or get caught doing any black-hat activities or even doing any shady stuff. I don't mean to disrespect or anything of that sort just wanted to know why.

Thanks for your guys response. I just wanted to ask why no? It's not to disrespect your guy's decision or anything just out of curiosity. I have seen people that have scammed+ban evaded and were given a chance to get back by paying the people back. All I want is a reason behind the no because maybe I can change something to fit your criteria. I am trying my hardest to just get back into the community, I never once tried to ban-evade or anything of that sort since my last pardon. I was never a negative person or did anything bad to this community that won't warrant me a chance to get back. I rarely did trades and such but mostly went around helping people out and if there was a chance renting out my staking account for even free.

So all I am asking for is a why, but as I said I don't mean to disrespect your decisions and I am willing to wait the 6 months again to try to get back to this site again.
