Im going to buy this when my CD matures at the end of this month.

Im on the computer 4+ hrs a day so lets do some math on how many extra colories Id burn rather than burning none.

    walk 4 hrs @ 2MPH 5% incline = 1,000 per day calories
    1,000 X 7 = 7,000 calories per week
    1,000 X 30 = 30,000 calories per month

Why not just go out for a good ol' run/walk around the neighborhood?

Treadmills @ home are a waste of money IMO, unless you're rich as fuck and are willing to pay for a very nice treadmill. Or you can always get a membership at your local 24 hour fitness. =]

Ah, but nothing beats going for a run in the fresh air then getting in and relaxing on the computer. Doing this will just seem like a chore, go outside for a run man its so much better. You may not think it but you will get bored of that, trust me invest in a awesome pair of running shoes.

I'm guessing you're trying to build muscle mass. Will you be taking any supplements? If so, which supplements?

^ That glass table is a disaster waiting to happen. It would probably only take me a month to trip on a treadmill and smash my head into that glass lol :p
