I am a paying customer and if a product is not working I have a right to a refund.I do not give a flying fuck about TSO I will contact them myself, I aksed you to either add the views or give me a refund willingly or I will contact pay pal.That is it.You have been threatening me and I am sick of it that is blackmail and on top of that bullshit.

I received no terms in the software download link furthermore did not sign nothing was not warned of having to risk the safety of my computer turning off my firewalls.If the program works it should work and no firewalls should have to be truned off.I have had no problems with anything else.I found another youtube seller any way that has a way better program and your program has been delted as I am tired of receiving messages that it poses a threat.I tryed to be nice and resolve this but you refused to answer all my questions bot to mention cursed at me.When I ordered I asked if there was a problem with software if I would get a refund the answer was yes and pay pal has that so its being honored and thats it.I have never had a seller be so disrespectful or rude to me for asking for an alternative to fix issue so now I will get a refund from pay pal fairly.I am not paying for something that does not work and you can not force me under pay pal when I was told there was a money back guarantee.There are a number of reasons why it could not be working but me not knowing waht I am doing is not one of them because I do know exactly what I am doing and you blackmailed me with dirty curse words.
