Looking for a business logo.

Hi everyone, I'll get straight to it:

$100 is up for grabs.
You will release all rights to the image after payment.

The company is called "Refresh Cleaning Services"
I would like the "Refresh" part to be the main title, "Cleaning Services" to be smaller.
I like nearly all of your designs in the Graphics threads, but it would have to be much cleaner than what you do for sigs.
Prefer light blue, "Airy" feeling, a pop of brighter colors for attention (reds/yellow), and have some sort of reference that it is for a carpet cleaning company.

Vector Re-sizable File - The graphics company prefers this. Is this easy?

Emperor nero what program did you use to create that? I would appreciate very much if you can tell me, either here or by throwing me a pm! I am trying to learn thats why and yours looks good

 

90% sure he used adobe illustrator.
