The best you could buy from with really low risks would be from PlayerAuctions from a VERY trusted user.

If you get scammed you would charge back, after reporting the user of course. Or I think they give you the money back.

 

Id say buy from VIdeo or another moderate on here, or try to buy from playerauctions, try to get an account thats PA verified or has 30 days insurance or more. Something like that. Do NOT BUY FROM WWW.GOLD4FUN.com

 

Most sites just resell accounts so you are not protected from recoveries. Look for trusted members on Sythe that are selling and are also the original owners of the account.

Good luck charging back from PA. They won't give the money back, either.

 

Doesn't matter how trusted the PA member is because most of them are account resellers; they aren't the original owner.

Charge back on PA is not the best idea. They will either refund you or give you PA credit to buy something else, no need to charge back.

 

Just bot the skills...
There are free scripts out there, like SIMBA, so that you don't have to pay for them from say powerbot. Simba even has a lower ban rate.

Botting will eliminate complete fear of having your account with millions or billions recovered.

 

Sythe is your best bet as others suggested.

Video is probably the most trusted account seller, but he doesn't have an account near comp cape for sale.

Look for someone trusted on Sythe. Vouches, posts, Donor Rank etc.

From my experience - an very trusted member here is your best bet. Even on reputable gold sites scams do frequently occur, so that's a risk, in my opinion it's less risky on this site if you know how to take care of yourself when it comes to doing business..

 

For buying, I'd find a really trusted member on here, Video is the one I'd choose. However, remember that ANYONE can recover, Lucster proved this with his load of accounts he recovered.
