Yes a glitch was used so people aren't willing to pay as much as if it wasn't. There is a chance that they will be banned, just like there is from botting.

My one question is, are the accounts newly made then glitched during the trial?

TBH I think hes telling the truth. If he shows an in-game of one account now.... Because i know these pictures over 1 week old then I highly doubt they will get banned anymore. My friend did this also and he isnt banned after 20m exp in con. If you guys are worried if they will get banned then don't buy but 40m cant go wrong, saving over 200m right there.

:nuts: Accounts like this don't sell for as much it costs to get the 99. It cost about 200m to get 99 prayer, regular prayer pures sell for about 100m. The possibility of them being banned makes them cost even less. Also, costs less than 200m to get 99 construction now.

I'm sure lots of people have used this glitch, and if these haven't been banned that means many more haven't. Meaning, they will cost even less. More common 99, usually, means less expensive 99.

 

Just checked all 5 of them still aren't banned that being said there still for sale!
