Value of these Pokemon cards?

I don't want anyone saying "Oh why collect them they're sad and gay" don't like it then don't comment.

I've been going through eBay and other place to find the prices of all these cards:

But all prices are very varied, anyone can find a reliable price for these or a maximum should pay price would ve very appreciative, thanks guys!

I'm not sure how much you'd get for them, however, you can go to various classic toy stores and they can be valued for a small fee.

 

Not much to be honest. The best time to sell these would have been when the craze was at it's peak, which is long gone.

 

Depends if you sell them in the right place you could get alot in places like ebay

 

But these are the rare cards from the first pokemon set, thus has been 14 years since these were released and were rare, and still remind in excellent condition, the charizard is worth a lot I know for sure.

 

I'm no expert but I'm assuming it's like any other collectable. It's finding the right buyer that needs one particular card to finish a sub-collection. It's very time consuming and hard to find the right buyer for each card, so you're probably not gonna get top dollar.

 

It doesn't matter how rare a collectors item is, if there's no interest in pokemon anymore, there's no one willing to pay astronomic prices for pieces of paper anymore. Supply and demand, you have the supply but there's no demand, therefore the price of the object will be very low.

 

Pokemon is one fucking big franchise, games, tv shows, cards, board games, everything really, there's collectors out there, I just done some research and theres a bid of £150 on eBay for the exact same charizard as me, and with time left I'm absoloutley buzzing, I expected £50 for the lot.

Either way I just asked for price guys, if you could help me with the others it'd be appreciated.

 

You probably won't get much for these. Base set rare holos aren't that rare as all the decks came with one or the other. You're looking for first editions and misprints are where the money is. The market is really down right now.

Hey man, Thanks for posting. I may be able to help you with finding the correct prices for these cards but there's alot of information you are missing.

-What the card set is, based on the information you've posted I assume its base set but there's many different types. 1st edition, shadowless and regular base set/ base set 2

-The condition the cards are in, have they been played used or marked. Depending on the condition of the cards and the rarity it might be useful to take your cards to get PSA graded, it brings up the price significantly.

Back then when there were only 151 or 152 pokemon, I got a Charizard holo. My fav card. Got it from a pack on my bday. Sold it sometime later for 100$. Sweet amout of money back then... can't remember how old I was.

 

I'm just gonna sell the 1st editions (4 of them) and keep the rest (shadowless/unlimited) for a year more years, I've worked out I can get around £300 for the 4 1st editions (one is a holo near mint 1st ed charizard thank god)

 

Look into getting it PSA graded, you will make a significant amount more for it.

 

I've looked into it and most people say its not worth it.

 

Go to TrollandToad and find out their prices, undercut them by about 15% for a quick sale on eBay, or see if they're interested in purchasing the cards.
