Interested in purchasing some computer hardware

Hello the Champion here, have saved quite a bit of money and I'm looking to purchase a few computer related items. I'm looking for a HD radeon 7xxx series card, or a nvidia 6xx card. I will probably only interested in a 7850+ model or a 660 ti+. A gaming mouse, and a gaming keyboard. And also a new monitor, it must be at least with a 2 ms response time with no dead pixels.
