Deathsnova is Banned - Now What Do I Do?

Well, I ordered 17-30 LoL leveling. He got to 19, and is now banned. I had not paid him up front, so now I don't know what to do. I had no contact with him outside of Sythe.

Firstly, is it perma-ban, and secondly, does anyone have his contact details?

 

His ban is 10 days.

I just so happen to be talking to him on Skype right now, 1 sec.

Edit - No reply from him.

 

The 10 days is not final. May become perm banned as it was a repeated offence.

Deathsnova said he's not interested in either levelling your account or receiving payment for it. He said think of it as 2 levels for free and leave it at that.
