How can I make my laptop run faster?

So currently I'm saving up for a new computer but in the mean time I have to deal with my Acer, which is horrible, I was wondering is there any programmes that would LEGIT make my computer run faster?

I see a few advertised but which ones really work? If any?

 

Download CCleaner run it and you will notice some change also you can edit with msedit the services the OS boots when the laptop is turned on. It improves alot perfomance.

 

I've dled CCleaner ran it etc, deleted all my cache and it's still slow.. Do you have skype?

 

what model is it the most you could do is do a fresh install of your os , do a RAM upgrade or swap your hard drive for a solid state drive but those get pretty pricey

 

^ I'm not currently looking to purchase anything, just have a make-shift untill i buy my computer.

 

Mind providing your specs?

 

Format your OS and start over, that's one easy big way to solve it.

 

You might as well put up with it until you get your new computer, then you'll be free
