Your real IP could be static or dynamic, we don't really care. Every IP that your ISP gives you is your real IP. You obviously don't know how what you're talking about and are just using this wild and grossly incorrect assumption to fuel your anger.

Bottom line is, proxies hide your IP, dynamic IPs just give you a new one every now and then.

Only thing you had wrong Corey was that a Dynamic IP actually changes everytime you connect to the internet, not just now and then.

BUT, he hit the nail when he said it is still your real IP, even though your IP is changing everytime you connect, it is still going to connect back to you and become your new 'real' IP

Where as a proxy completely hides your IP all together.

 

How often your IP gets reissued varies per ISP. I have a dynamic IP and its been the same for at least a week.

 

Your IP usually gets changed every few days. A lot of people use proxies for the sole purpose they're just sketched out that they'll be banned for evading. Like Cynthia's case where she has lied about Sythe being blocked at her college, yet the proxies she uses are completely fine. If Sythe was blocked at your school so would proxies, at least that's how it's been for 5+ schools that I've been to, and those were Highschools, not colleges.


She also refused to post a screenshot of Sythe coming up as blocked, which would of took 10 seconds, on her thread where she was trying to gain sympathy for being banned by Corey. Then she changed her story numerous times about what Screenshare was (obvious answer) and why she wouldn't use it. Lastly, she refused to answer anymore questions, and requested her thread to be locked so nobody else would see it. Gf Cynthia.

 

Have you ever disconnected from the Internet this week?

Most dynamic IP addresses change once your PC has been disconnected, then reconnected to the Internet. If you haven't disconnected your Internet this week, or shut down your PC that would be why it hasn't changed.

You're right about it being a while before they change, as they wont if you leave your PC on(To Clarify they wont change 'for a while if you leave them running) , but most ISP's have it set as a 'fail safe' (I think that's the proper word to use here) That will change your IP address if you are disconnected from the Internet for however long they have it set.

Some are 1 minute, some are 5 minutes, some can be even 30 minutes. Some even expire after a while.
If anyone would like to check when your were issued a new IP and when it expires you can go to Start>Run> type 'cmd' > type 'ipconfig/all' and it'll tell you when it expires.
