Just wanted to know why they have this privilege.

Once they have lost their moderation privileges, they should lose the custom ui that comes along with it.

I don't really see a reason for them to have one

Mods do the moderation work out of the good of their heart. When they resign, being able to keep their UI's is a show of gratitude for their hard work.

They earned it when they worked so hard as volunteers for Sythe, to make it look clean, why take it away from them? does it hurt? No, its a way of gratitude from Sythe to its former moderators.

Yeah because moderating is hard work.

If you lose the rank you shouldn't be offered more than a title tbh.

    Cynthia go away please

Being allowed a couple donor perks upon resignation is a great way to show thanks to the ex-staff who have willingly volunteered their own time to help the site. Staff positions are unpaid and in my opinion, highly thankless jobs at times. Bestowing them with the ability to have UI's and other perks that they would otherwise have not been entitled to, is the administrations way of saying thank you for your help, and your time.

That being said, they will continue to be allowed these privileges, and I can say with certainty that it won't be changing any time soon, if ever.
