Requesting Website Layout and Coding for New Website

Hello there fellow Sythe users!

I am interested in commissioning someone to create a custom site for me from the ground up. It will be RS Related, but not solely a gold website. I am looking to expand my business off of Sythe and I figure one way to stand out is via a website.

I have a pretty decent budget, but I cannot go "crazy".
