Favorite NFL Teams and why?

Post below with your favorite 3 NFL teams and WHY you like them.

 

1. Packers (Always been my favorite team, have family from Wisconsin and currently living here, dad's from here, so he got me interested. Always been about the Packers and my dad would probably of kicked me out of the family if I didn't like the Packers. Grew up during the Brett Favre era so haven't really known a bad Packer's team like they were during 70s-80s.)


2. Patriots (Love Brady and their quick slant, fast paced style of play. You have Gronk and Hernandez, #1 and #3 TEs in the game. Amazing running back for once and a sleeper defence. Don't understand how people can hate them lol, they're just incredible + Belichick knows how to coach a team and find players to fit his style of play.)


3. Seahawks (Mostly like them because of Russel Wilson (Wisconsin QB). Should hate them because of the BS replacement ref called that they had on the Packer's to win the game when the ball was obviously intercepted and Tate never had the damn ball in his hands. But they're still an exciting team to see play. Like them mostly because of the exciting style of play more than anything.

 

Steelers, I remember when playing Madden 03 with my bro I loved their helmets, that was back when I knew nothing about NFL, from that I have followed them and they are probably my fave.

 

Chargers - I live in SD, and been a fan my entire life.

Ravens - Ray Lewis is my favorite player in the NFL/All-Time, and my brother's favorite team

Patriots - Big fan of Tom Terrific and Bellichick duo.

 

Green Bay Packers - Brett Favre - nuff said.

New York Giants- From New York, like all New York teams since I grew up - Knicks Rangers Giants Yankees.

It's really tough for me Packers-Giants when they play...I did not salivate over the Giants beating the Packers in the two playoff games against Favre + last year against Rodgers...but I was thrilled when they beat NE's 2 teams.

 

Broncos - cos they're the superbowl favorites! My favorite team last year was the giants and the year before that the packers...

1 - Patriots.
I first found out about NFL by playing Madden 05 and at the time the Patriots were the best team. Basically I just liked their uniform and they were the default team since they were the best and I've just stuck with them. In recent years I've actually watched the NFL and I much prefer watching a teams offense than a teams defense and when you have the #1 offense in the league by miles it makes for good watching. Bellichick is an amazing coach and Tom Brady along with Wes Welker, Brandon Lloyd, Rob Gronkowski, Aaron Hernandez and Julian Edelman makes one of, if not the best quarterback/receiving cores in the league.

2 - Colts
I admire how well they've been able to bounce back. They went 2-14, revamped a lot of their team and now made it to the playoffs (albeit losing against the ravens). This is no mean feat and I applaud them for their efforts.

3 - 49ers
When they are playing well they're great to watch. Especially as of late with Kaepernick playing instead of Smith.

 

You tried to mock bandwagon fans than listed 3 elite / historically elite teams.

Also if you were implying I am a bandwagon fan I'm not at all..the Giants have been terrible most of my life and I only liked the Packers because of Favre. Not a fan of Aaron Rodgers at all.

 

I didn't even know you posted when I had posted, had that window open for like an hour and had forgotten about it rofl.

Historically these teams have done well, some do well but none of them have won the superbowl or anything like that during the time where I've expressed a true interest in NFL. (2010 onwards).

 

raiders. recently it's been painful to watch them play. especially this year. as for why i'm a fan, i've just been a raiders fan my whole life really. i believe it started when i played madden 03 lol.

 

My bad dude..just a lot of people don't believe me when I say I like those 2 teams, so I usually just say the Giants.

I'm fine with you liking all of those teams, or anyone liking anyone really. As long as they choose them and stick by them I'm fine with it.

Your Patriots have a very good shot this year, as do the Niners.

I think whoever wins Niners-Packers will probably go to the Super Bowl.

 

Do you mean Niners or Packers? Because both can't be in the superbowl.

#2 Raiders
#3 Colts

The first 3 teams I knew, played with on Madden 03, and followed.

 

Whoever wins Niners-Packers I see in the Super Bowl I mean.

Nice pick, could come true.

 

Patriots and because they're a winning franchise.

 

Calgary Flames, because my cousins live in Calgary and the surrounding area (even some in edmonton D, and I've seen them thrice.

That's what I'm thinking too.

Yes hopefully, I think a Packers-Patriots or Packers-Broncos Super Bowl would be AMAZING.

 

Yeah I'd say they are the two contenders but if both teams play at 100% I'd say that the 49ers will trump the Packers. Nothing against Rodgers, its just so much harder to throw the football when you can't run it.

 

cowboys fan for life. Lived in Texas for 6 yrs during the 90's. Always been my team.

1.cowboys wish we could put a quality d out there.
2. bucs i moved to florida and learned to love em.
3.any1 who beats the giants,eagles or redskins.

 

my brother is a cowboys fan, unfortunately they always seem to give you hope and then crush your hopes the very last game of the season
