As for slipping through the cracks on almost every dispute, you have. Granted you may not deserve a perm ban for the bump/delete fiasco, but you did not receive any punishment at all.

Also - wasn't there someone who bought an account from you that was recovered? ... rule for everyone else - original owner must be able to recover or refund.
