I am buying a low level account or a skiller with the seal emote for 80m+(Depending on stats, items, level, etc.)
I will pay a MiddleMan unless you are willing to go first.
I am preferably looking for a skiller and it MUST HAVE THE SEAL EMOTE. If it is a skiller I will pay more, plus the money for stats and items etc.

If it has nothing but the Seal Emote and all 1s I'd pay 2-5m. If it has any decent items I'd go higher depending on the worth of the items.
