Khaini Buying and selling RuneLive gp!

    Chargeback - Need help!

    Hello dear,

So i sold a Paysafecard to Willyam yesterday. Now he is trying to chargeback the money he send me via Paypal. Already reported him and banned him, but the payment on PP is still on held. Any idea's what i can do to stop the money from going to him?

    Thanks,

    Khaini.

If it was a stolen PP, you've lost out. If it's just a normal claim from his PayPal, then it's a 60/40 chance, with you having the 40. They run the thoughts that the customer is always right or someone's been frauded by a pp hacker.

If you tell them to check the I.P addresses that accessed the PP, if they are a lot different, then it's likely that the paypal is stolen and you regret wasting their time, but if they're not different (therefore the same person), or the I.P is from a proxy, then you can assume the person is covering his tracks and working it out as a scam, therefore giving further proof that it was him that made the payment.

What was the dispute filed as, unauthorised claim or not happy with item?
