Selling Leveling and referral service.

-NOTE THIS SERVICE IS ONLY FOR NORTH AMERICA-
For a leveling service I'd be using an account you had made by yourself.
For a referral service there are 2 options:
1)I'd be making the account, you would get the milestone for having a level 10 referral, but not the account.
2)You'd be making the account and get the milestone for having a level 10 referral, and also you would keep the account.(Obviously, this option would cost more)

The time needed to reach the requested level might vary so it'll be discussed later.

Prices will be discussed when you give me your request.
