Last post: 10 days ago. What? Yeah Christmas New Years crazy crazy family time sure, but you cant take 5-10 minutes to hop on a computer and post?

There are <100+ sythe members who spend hours a day on sythe who wouldn't pull this shit. Why do we still have mods who barely meet quota each month instead of going above and beyond?

My point is: Pockets you've had lapses of activity pretty much for 6 months now and people are starting to realise this. Please try harder with your privileged position. This is not a hate thread ,its just the truth.

Agreeing with this, would be nice if you get more active for a change, i don't want to see you gone but if you are so inactive give other people a chance, or step down.

There is no set limit to the number of people that can be on staff, so the whole "give other people a chance" speech goes nowhere. I do agree he's been inactive, and there are steps being taken to remedy this before more drastic steps are taken.

I completely understand that there are no set limit of people which can be on staff, and one or more mods or less won't do anything, he's just been inactive for whatever reasons.

Then i hope there's like 20 threads for suggested future mods in the USL at the moment. It just always seems that as one mod steps down another one or two get promoted, like they were directly linked. Thats just the correlation sythe has had for the past few years.

Mods are promoted to handle the workload. When there's little to no workload, there's no reason to promote mods. When a mod steps down, depending on their activity, one or two may be promoted to cover down on the work. This being said, although there's no "set number" of mods permitted, this is the reasoning behind there normally being around the same number at most times.
