    90x7 on flat, if i do flat first and 85x6 on incline, if i do incline first. I'll have to delay the pic till tomorrow, was at the hospital y'day coz of some stomach issues and ended up on just 1k cals for the day. Will post the pic once I'm fully fed, don't wanna lose any muscle for a pic lol

    Very nice progress. Although have you noticed yourself that your left quad is bigger then your right? I wouldn't bulk to much pounds per month if I were you by the way. It's pointless if your a natural.

    Remember it's more important to be able to come months more then to have to quit sooner in order to cut and then bulk again.

    That's because i cant flex them both together in that angle lol.

    I'm bulking max for 4-8 more weeks, then i'm starting a huge cut. Want to get to 8%

    Pretty impressive, actually very.

    I went from 205 pounds to 170 in like 4 or 5 months but i still had loose skin, now i am 157 and im pretty cut (8percent bodyfat).

    Best of luck, just don't start cutting out your carbs to quick. You'll lose to much ATP in your muscles and in the end also too much muscle, take it easier and you'll get there too but harder and with more quality muscle.
