What does this mean?

ALL of the Sythe.org rules are still in effect EXCEPT for:
Spamming
Flooding the spam forum with threads is not allowed, and will result in a forumban
Gravedigging
Mass gravedigging the spam forum is the same as flooding threads and is not allowed
Flaming¹
Trolling²


¹Whilst we clearly won't infract for use of the word, say, ''idiot'', deliberately making a provocative, derogatory thread about someone may result in an infraction, as will excessive or overly harsh flaming/racism. Threads dedicated to hate and/or flame a member aren't allowed. Repeat threads and disregard of this may result in a Spam Forum ban.

²Trolling a moderator is strictly prohibited; repeated offenses exhibit poor character and repeated/serious offenses may result in a ban.

If you didn't notice, it's the spam forum rules, but I would like to know what does means.

Overly harsh racism. What the hell? Racism shouldn't be tolerated period, so is he saying mild racial slurs or something?

Please elaborate on this stupid rule.

There is a big difference in saying you're a lazy good for nothing nigger and saying you're black so you liker watermelon or something along those lines.

 

Posting racism is not necessarily being racist as much as it is making fun of racists.
In a way those niggers are doing good for us.
