PlayerAuctions payment via PayPal [Help please]

I've seen a lot of topics regarding PayPal problems on here, but none really relate to what I'm looking for.

Basically, when I try to purchase from PlayerAuctions, I go to use the Paypal option and it says this:

It's locked and it says "become verified" when I hover over the padlock icon. Both my player auction and Paypal accounts are verified.

I'm not an expert on this sort of stuff, but do I have to pay via debit card before I can pay by paypal..? I have purchased from this site once before and it let me use paypal that time, I'm not sure what has changed or have I done something wrong?

You might have reached a sending limit through direct paypal. Have you sent in any forms of photo identification? That's usually the next step

 

Thanks for replying, but I haven't seen anything about photo verification, it says I'm 100% verified anyway. I've also used paypal on other sites to buy stuff.

 

You need to give PA the proof of identification.

 

If you haven't sent photo ID to PA then you are not verified, just buying from their site doesn't verify you.

If you haven't verified with ID, then you need to do that. I had to scan a picture of my driver's license by e-mail. Check through your inbox and spam folder to check for any e-mails they may have sent when you registered - mine came through automatically.

 

I can't find any e-mails or verification (other than phone number, which I have already done) options on the site, where do I go to find it?

Yes that is verified by paypal now you have to get it verified my PA with your CC.

You have to send PlayerAuctions your ID.

 

Just go to live chat and they will tell you what to do. You have to send a photo of some sort of ID to something like [email protected]
