Things may have changed?

My permanent ban is for ban evading. None of my ban evades were EVER to evade a ban for scamming, I do believe my ban for ripping was only a temporary ban anyway. (Which by the way was because I posted the exact same guide on another forum (IFSZ) under a different username which I later proved was mine on that forum but never bothered worrying about it here).

I have never scammed, I have never been a threat. The sole reason I had several accounts was because I had intentions at the time of becoming a middleman and I wanted the "perfect" username and to look completely professional and trustworthy.

If you could please take the time to quickly skim through my history you'll notice there has been no threats because of me (with one exception being this which I quickly dismissed and got the scammer banned). Also - please before you jump ahead of yourselves with the new rule concerning partners and whatnot; that rule was not in effect at the time as was mentioned in my previous pardon and was dismissed by Cosrob in this topic.

That said, I realize my next 6 months is only halfway done at this point (3 months since my last attempt) but since the rule has changed I'm wondering if my status has changed.

I don't see how it's fair that you allow people who have ACTUALLY committed the sin of scamming and admit to it to simply pay off the person they scammed and come back to the community. I have never scammed and I've never threatened anybody in this community yet I still remain permanently banned.

I realize what I did five and a half years ago was wrong, I really do. Please consider the fact that I lead a clean slate here on Sythe for four years without committing ANY offenses. I am absolutely no threat to Sythe at all.

I am a coach for my local high school volleyball 'A' team, I'm a volunteer firefighter who is going to school this year to become a career firefighter. I'm an honest to goodness "good guy" and it tears me apart knowing that I'm unable to participate in a community that I thoroughly enjoyed partaking in years ago.

Please, admins/mods take my IP and check ANY other trading site you can think of. I can guarantee you will see absolutely no threats, reports, or even accounts on them as I don't generally trade unless I buy mills. Please take a look at my vouches, I've continued doing a few trades here and there since I've been banned and have had no issues. (click).

I genuinely thank you for your patience, and I hope we can find some sort of resolution to this.

Self-vouching/scamming/ripping, this really isn't what the ban evasion rule was intended to forgive. Given that his last pardon was 3 months ago, he has another 3 months to go before he can post a new one. An exception cannot be made because his ban was not solely for ban-evasion, there are 3 solid reasons in addition to the ban evasion
