Where is 10 year vet cape?

 

The account hasn't been a member since the first capes were out. I forgot I made him a member to get the cape -- so I edited OP/title. Sorry for any confusion.

But the account is atleast 10 years old, since going off recovery last set date the account is close to 11 years old.

 

The date of recoveries last set is false. Its a glitch in the system, I've asked a Jmod on account help section on the Runescape Forums. I have an account that had the same date. Although I covered up the Feb 27 part of this pic.
The Jmod set the appropriate recovery date after I asked him about it. You can go ask Hans about the 10 year cape on a f2p world and he will tell you how long till you can get it.

not sure, it was made in classic. I think you have to be a member to try. To be on the safeside, I'll say no (unsure if I logged onto classic when he was member to get the ability to)
