Paypal help

I had my bank account associated with an older email a very long time ago to get it verified now I stopped using it but it go locked and I didnt even know.

Now i have no idea which email it was asociated with or why I was even doing it but now when I try to add my bank account with a new email, it prevents me from doing it.

What can i do? How do i contact them, cause it just tells me contact the admins or something bleak like that.

P.s sorry for the many questions, im just trying to get set up.

 

Well what you have to do is call them up and explain what the situation, If im getting this correct you have 2 Paypal's 1 with your old email and 1 with the new, and you have your bank on the first one and it won't let put in on the new account probably because the first one is locked because you have not used it in so long, and Paypal rules are so strict that they wont allow the same bank on 2 accounts with different names and emails, so what you have to do is call them and tell them what you are trying to do and if there aren't any fraudulent holds on the first account and it was closed due to inactivity then it should be easy for them to just switch it out for you with the proper verification from you, also once you get this all straight remember to connect your bank+visa+social to your account to make it perfectly safe.

It has to be out of plain inactivity, but do they really close/lock accounts for this? I only made 1 transaction on there.

I sent them an email. If I have to call, then I will have to call them up but I'll see first what their email says.

 

I've heard that PayPal's customer support is literally the worst out there, but it might have changed.

 

Yeah I got sent an automated message pretty much pointless and totaly didn't answer what I was asking.
I guess I'll have to try calling.

 

Calling is your best option. It's far better than their online support, and you can get answers much faster. Try calling, see what they say.

 

I called and they unlocked it alls good, I did infact put my password in too many times a long time ago and got it locked that way.
