Reason: He has been selling the same accounts over and over for 2 years now, anyone with a bit of brain can easily notice he just recovers them and makes new thread, spoke to him on msn and he seemed phishy too, he was asking for rsgp although he asks for paypal.

Not to mention the several posts of him scamming:

He has a shitload of account selling threads which he just posts over and over. This has been through an entire year, he posted threads of the 136/137/113 on the beggining of 2011, which he posted again in 2012:
