    Quitting Smoking

Why do people find it so hard to quit smoking? I'm currently quitting i find it's not the crave for nicotine, it's the fact of actually smoking and rolling cigarettes. Does anyone else have the same problem?
    Thoughts?

I used to smoke but then I changed to an E-cig and started with a little bit of nicotine and now I don't use any nicotine in it. But Honestly I didnt really think it was hard to quit cause it took me less than 2 weeks to completely stop with the nicotine part.

It's not the nicotine part i struggle with, it's the other part of actually holding it etc.

    Quitting Smoking

I went two full months without a single cigarette, and had one on new years eve as a sort of 'celebration' for the new year. But I will now carry on with my cold turkey regime and stay off the smokes ! I kind of miss every aspect of it all really, but after you get over it more and more you get your head round the facts its no good in any way.

Good luck to all who are quitting !

It's hard because it's an addiction.

    Quitting Smoking

People find it hard because they are used to holding cigarettes on their hand and they like to blow the smoke.

It's just a habit. Whether or not it leans more toward the psychological aspect, or the physical doesn't really matter; It would make quitting harder than not, and it really just depends on the person's will power, attitude, etc. whether or not you actually follow through with it.

There's no question that changing or breaking any habit takes dedication, and it often comes with negative & of course positive factors along the way.

For some people it's easy, for some people it's harder. More power to you if you successfully quit though, it's no doubt a good decision.

Depends how long of a smoker you've been.
Also people say that its harder to quit smoking than it is to give up the hard drugs like coke/heroin.

    Messed up I know.
I myself have smoked for almost a decade and do not plan on quitting untill I die. Whatever it is I die from.

Most likely it will be lung cancer that you die from..
I would stop smoking if I were you, or atleast use an E-cig and keep putting less and less nicatene in it.
