Element8242 the scammer!!!!

Cutting a long story short was after buying microsoft points and xbox live to the tune of $400...element8242 or deep asnani as is skype name is then said yes he could supply this and that i could pay through paypal aslong as i screen shared with him and sent payment as a gift. sent the money as he said then he went offline for 24hours also sent me a bogus code to have after i finished payment. I then reported this to paypal who unfortunately said as sent as a gift cant get it back blah blah. Moral of the story do not trust this guy as you will only lose your money. Notice that he has numerous paypal accounts.

Yea I asked him about points the other day he told me he had no more left. If he doesn't give you a refund he should get banned. You need to post this in the just got scammed section.

Should've used a MM for that big amount :/ He was talking to me on skype the other day and was being shady so I just blocked him.

 

Never gift somone via trades like this , only gunna land in badly even when going thru mms etc

 

If a paypal account is limited could the person still refund money ? He's trying to say he cant ??

 

looks like you will get your money back (if paypal held his $$$.. they probably investigating...if he can't prove hes legit then paypal could give you refund)... do not trade with this guy, he scammed me also for few $$ .... i have no chance because i didnt use paypal


you can give these skype screenshots to paypal ... would help i guess (cool evidence)
