    Workout Plan for my Mom

    Hey guys.
    I just got my mom to sign up at anytime fitness.

    Main focuses:
    Cardio
    Fat burning
    What girls normally would do/not a guy workout.
    Mixes up different workouts each week(muscle confusion).

    Was hoping one of you guy's could make one for like a month or point me to a good free downloadable one that i don't have to sign up for.

    Get your Mom one of the workout DVD's, it would probably be a lot cheaper than joining the gym and easier to do at home

    Workout Plan for my Mom

    In my opinion your mom should do cardio daily. In cardio she should focus on running,walking,jogging and jumping rope. These exercises are best for fitness and i am sure that your mom will see a big difference in her weight.
