    You can determine that from his vouches. If someone gets banned for scamming he can only be back if he pays back everyone he scammed and staff decide for it. I don't know if nerfed was ever banned for scamming though. Also, wrong section.

    Trust is totally opinionated, but like the user above me said, looking at vouches can sometimes be a key. Another thing I would do is look through his posts and threads. Get a feel if he really cares about the site.
