    ^ People pay more for that.

    Basically when you find someone you'd like to sell to you can use an OMM on sythe somewhere and it's trusted so you won't get scammed. They will give the money to the OMM, you give information about the name, OMM gives you money. Since this is on a maxed out account, I assume you don't want to do that, so you'd need to make it RFT and have OMM help with transfer or put it on a level 3 but that would take more time.
