And BTW, Steam has changed the Dota 2 Gifts so that it's restricted in China so all the steam gifts of Dota 2 have one red line of text. But I think what you're referring to is the huge line of red text that restricts it from alot of countries like this:

I know but some people have Dota 2 Invites that are like that.. that's what he doesn't want. But he doesn't want the China ones either. So he wants the actual legitimate steam gifts you have to buy from the Steam store.
