Anyone play the old Pokémon games?

I'm talking anything before the Nintendo DS: Diamond/Pearl versions. I found a Fire Red game and I was so happy to find it lol.

 

I still play pokemon ruby every once in a while, I think I have pokemon gold somewhere to, but the battery needs a replacement :s

 

still have my pokemon red and yellow <3 playing it on my oldschool nintendo DS since i lost my gamebody advanced SP
(playing it on my nintendo ds since it have a better screen than my gameboy colour, that's retro )

 

3rd gen (Pokemon Sapphire, Ruby and Emerald) were probably the greatest games of the entire Pokemon series. I'd pay double for a remake.

 

I actually popped Red into my Super Game Boy the other week, to find it was set up to go to Glitch City.

 

Oh i still have the first pokemon red which was made for the first game boy xD ahh this brings back some good memories, a cheating memory is one of them l used to walk near a water area, up and down, to catch a weird high lvl monster, i think it was a cheat to get lots of pokeballs?

 

Funny that I came about this, I actually found my old Gameboy stash a few days ago. Fired up my old Pokemon Fire Red as well my Sapphire, had a blast!

 

I play Pokemon Red sometimes on an emulator on my computer, too.
But it's still no the best feeling like on a gameboy, you know :/

I agree, I still am trying to track down all the games of Gen 3.

 

Talk to the guy in viridian city, fly to cinnibar island and go up and down the coast until you find that "M' e8y8hf" glitched up shit, and the item 7th? down in your bagpack multiplies by like 100, hehe played it again like a month ago.

I'm fully restarting the pokemon games, atm I'm on Ruby and got 6 badges, then platinum, then white 2

 

Literally just beat White yesterday and now just saw the trailer for X and Y. A little disappointed...

 

I still enjoy playing them on either my Game Boy that I still have or my Game Boy SP and Game Boy advance to show that I still own them.

 

I once played Pokemon Red in GBA emulator.
Damn, it was good, but that was 5yrs back, I think.

If you have an Android phone you can get them and I always played fire red or leaf green during long car rides to pass time

 

Yeah, gen 1 and gen 3 are by far my favorites. If you don't have the cartridges/GB anymore and have an itch you can grab VirtualBoyAdvance and emulate them.

 

I actually like gold, silver, and crystal the best. I played my gold to much though it doesn't work anymore and I used the duplicate glitch on my silver to much so I can't save ha oh well.

 

I found Fire Red and Green Leaf under a pile of assignments I had for classes 4 years ago. It wasn't until 3 days ago when I started playing Fire Red and I have only obtained one badge so far.

2. Magikarp (Payed $500 for it oh so worth it)

5. Charmeleon

 

Go onto http://coolrom.com/ download a nintendo emulator (GBA/DS) and you can also download games there too to play on them on your pc/iphone/andriod. Pretty fun when your internet isn't working :X.
