Is it Normal that Windows 7 Ultimate Took 25GB?

    Hey,
I bought a PC and it arrived, is't normal that when I downloaded Windows I checked the space that is avaliable in my SSD and it says 87GB out of 111GB? Isn't that alot?
    P.S- I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64.
    Also,
Why isn't windows reading my HDD? It only shows my SSD, I clearly am sure that it is connected, even when I was installing Windows, it asked me to choose between SSD and HDD but when I open My Computer it shows SSD only!
Should I download a driver to allow that? There is a driver for RAID control, but I'm not doing RAID.Thanks in advance!

It's normal that W7 takes up that space, I've got the same on my comp.

Can't help you with your SSD/HDD problem

It's most likely your page and hibernation file. By default your page file is 100% of the amount of ram you have and hibernation file is 75% of the amount of ram you have. You'll want to google how to disable hibernation (if you don't use it) and you can choose to shrink / remove your page file from your ssd.

As far as windows not recognizing your hdd you need to go into disk manager. In disk manager you should see your ssd and hdd, your hdd will most likely say something like "unallocated". I don't remember off hand what you need to do to allocate the space but if you right click your hdd in the bottom section it will be one of the options. It should let you pick a drive letter and pick how big your want your partition to be.
