Hello! Im brand new to these forums, and before I purchase, I have a few small questions.

1: Thanks to a new paypal law, I cannot register for it until I hit 18 (4 months till, smh) Is there any alternative to sales? (Greendots, or credit cards )

2: How hard is it to find a middle man for said purchases? I understand i would need one if new to a forum

3: What's the exchange rate, and how much would 150m cost me?
