Reporting "buysomeneopoints"! Urgent.

He scammed my friend out of 200 dollars.

I thought he'd be banned but turns out he hasn't.

I composed a thread stating, I'd like to sell 5 million neopoints, and he said he'd pay 10 bucks. He said if I went first, he'd give me 20 bucks. This is clearly too good to be true as with 20 bucks you could get thrice the amount. I knew he was a scammer from the start and I just went with it to mess around and to attain revenge by scamming a scammer.

I just want to make an awareness that people be-careful.

And Mods, please ban him. You can see proof of my friend being scammed with the link provided. In addition, you can probably check my messages. I don't know how to post it.
