So I got a text from this guy I had oral with and he has swollen lymph nodes, so he asked me if I had HIV. I said no. Cause like wtf. I've had sex with this guy over summer. But there's not way. And I haven't done anything since then expect for 3 weeks back with this guy. There's no way right? I would be sick by now and shit. Right?

TIP 1 - Visit a hematologist office and get checked for multiple std's + get your blood ran for any traces of lower quad blood platelets which are the first forms of diseases, but most likely if you do have any form of std's it will be visual now or you would feel the side affects only about 44% of people don't feel side affects because there bodies does not actually notice the virus/std. Now having to do with aid's, if you had sexual encounters for the summer, it is ideal that you go to a physician now because its been months, the first signs of aids could take ages, meaning months upon months but as you said its been about 6 (Get checked). To answer the question you asked yes it is possible that you might have caught something but at the same time do now be downgraded and hurt because of the question he has asked you also don't be shy to ask him who he has been having intercourse with either.

Tip 2 : Swollen lymph nodes - This can be cause by anything most likely just bacteria in the bodies blood stream or a high count of abnormal infections happening in the same places in the body, or in your concern VIRUSES, its that time of year he might just be sick and getting scared, Swollen Lymph nodes are common this time of year because of the constant temperature change from hot to cold.

 

People can have Std's without knowing it. They are called "carriers" the only way for you to be 100% certain you don't have anything is to go to a clinic and get a Std check done. You could have it with no symptoms what so ever and like i said be considered a "carrier" that passes it without knowing he/or she has it.

 

Go get checked out immediately.

Don't feel nervous about getting checked out. A friend of mine was in hospital for a couple of weeks after we hit Thailand with some weird infection, and when they tested him they found he had various STDs, so I thought fuuuuuck and got myself tested.

It's all cool, knowing you're clean is a good feeling. And for my friend, they caught his STDs early and he's getting treated for them.

The clinics see tons of people, you're just another face . Don't feel nervous.
