Ban Pardon: kamakazy_kid

Firstly, I was banned over 3-4 years ago for a few reason's which you can find on my previous pardon thread, so there is no reason why I should post them again. I opened my own forum which I have recently closed down.
My last pardon request was over a year and a half ago now which I had quite a bit of support for, but was over-ruled by an admin.

In all honesty I just want to be unbanned for the sake of knowing that I am not banned on the first RuneScape forum that I first started on. I have been using Powerbot ever since I was banned here, and accumulated over 450 vouches and 60+ Feedback.

I know this pardon isn't nearly as detailed as my previous one, but I'm honestly not to bothered about the outcome. If this fails, maybe I'll put more effort into my next one in 6 months time.

I'm not supporting simply because you refuse to put and time or effort into your pardon, and you say yourself you don't really care.

If you don't care to come back, you won't care to stay, so therefore I don't trust what your intentions might be to return.

Original ban-

I was originally banned for MM'ing a trade.

Some one was buying a RS acc and I mm'ed. After the trade however, the Buyer had issues with the account and accused me of recovering it. I didn't recover the account, and later he said himself that it was the seller who was recovering it.

It was years ago and I really don't remember who the people were that were involved, but if you guys are able to locate any of the info, it might be able to make the situation more clear for all of you.



Ban evading-

I will admit I made a new account in 2009 that I used up until the end of 2010, until I was caught for ban evading. Savage Rhino

On that account I managed to gain 14 vouches, with multiple trades being for large values, which can he seen here-

RSPortal-

Contrary to belief, I never made a "Sythe copy cat" nor ever tried to copy sythe in any way.

In the start of 2010, RSBot (Now powerbot), was taken down and sued. With their community not having a place to go, I made RSPortal for my self, friends, and fellow RSbot users. The site was active for awhile until Powerbot came back, and then activity started to die off.

The only things that were copied were a few minor stickies and parts of the UE section. I apologize for this, and upon seeing staff disgruntle with it, I revamped all of my stickies. I HAVE NOW CLOSED MY SITE.


What I've done since being off Sythe-

On Sythe I had over 260+ vouches, from MMing, account sales, and trades. I provided a safe way for users to trade goods for free, as seen on my MM\Vouch thread- http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=573001.

I went to Powerbot despite being banned here, and continued doing what I did on Sythe, which is provide safe, quick, and legit account sales to the best of my ability. Gaining in total of over 450+ vouches.

I hope after reviewing this, you can see that I'm sorry for the things I've done and in no way shape or form was RSPortal ever an attempted copy cat or "rival" of sythe (Much like Spyike was an attempt to be?), but was a place for the RSBot community to come back together upon their domain being taken.

I'm a legitimate user, and have always been. I want to re-join the community and offer legitimate services like I did years ago, and like I currently do on Powerbot.
