I believe your the comment's you made (specifically this one http://puu.sh/1Gp0z/89aa31682c43f449def61baa69e424e4 ) are a main contributing factor in this. You are basically saying that, as a newcomer (one with only little invested in a community etc) you would certainly scam a phat set.

Whether you meant it is up for debate, but the fact is it was said.

The fact that you said you would under certain circumstances is enough to warrant a TwC.

The only reason you were issued a TwC and not a ban is because you were given the benefit of the doubt, so think yourself lucky.
