Wormat22 Scammed me 105$

It was a regular cool day after Christmas and I wanted to buy RSGP 400M. And this guy wormat22 talked to me on Skype he seemed trust worthy so I went first and he supposedly got "wiped" by Jagex so he told me he'll pay me 2-3 days max and I said ok but then my friends told me he scammed me and he said to put my old scam report or he will not pay me and then I said I was gonna keep it and he said he won't pay me.. I have photo evidence but I'm on iPhone device and can't post it please any mod talk to me on Skype and I will show you the picture
